We at Dromni GmbH are pleased to be an official partner of the forward-thinking research project GreeNview. Together with our partner, EXCIT3D GmbH, we are working on a revolutionary technology for preventive forest protection.

The goal of GreenView is to make the preliminary stages of a bark beetle infestation visible before damage occurs. Instead of detecting the beetle itself, the project focuses on the early detection of crucial stress indicators in trees, such as drought.

Through the use of drone technology, AI-supported 3D analysis, and multispectral cameras, the system identifies weakened trees. This provides forestry operations with a critical time window to act preventively and counteract a mass multiplication of the beetle.

We are proud to contribute our expertise to this important project to protect the forests of the future.
